Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to: contact@villaagapanthefes.com. The date the email is received is authoritative.
Any change request (dates, number of guests, room type) must be sent by email at least 7 days before arrival. It is processed subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
If the booked accommodation cannot be provided (force majeure, exceptional event, major technical failure), Villa Agapanthe undertakes to:
Events beyond the reasonable control of the parties are considered force majeure, as defined by Moroccan case law: natural disaster, health restrictions imposed by the authorities, administrative closure, armed conflict, etc.
In such cases, and unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the sums paid are refunded within 30 days, without penalty.
Villa Agapanthe recommends that guests take out cancellation insurance with their usual provider or bank, especially for stays booked well in advance.
